Health Safety Environment Policy (HSE) April 01, 2018

TSN Infrastructure Limited Management is fully committed to in implementing the company HSE policy to:

Provide quality services and products consistently to meet customer requirements.

Maintain appropriate resources to achieve on time delivery and maintain customer satisfaction

Setting and pursuing measurable goals & objectives across all functions

Ensure Zero Accidents during our work process and identify health & safety risks and impacts and build in continual improvement mechanism.

Encourage and expect every employee to be responsible and to safely conduct work practices in accordance with policies and procedures

Provide ongoing education and training for employees to be prepared to deal with day-to-day responsibilities with respect to health & safety.

Incorporating environmental responsibility into all business operations by planning environmental protection, reviewing and developing policy, by setting targets and reviewing and auditing performance

Meet and comply with all applicable federal local laws / legislation that will have a direct influence on its process or product or services.

To ensure that our activities are conducted with full concern for safeguarding the physical environment and to comply with relevant environmental legal and other requirements.

Environment Policy-April 01, 2018

At TSN based on the nature of projects and activities undertaken by the company the relevance of identifying the energy and toxic reduction policy is much limited.

However as per company policy the need to have a policy put in place was felt by the management and accordingly the policy has been framed on a broad base in principle. The following factors are taken into consideration:

Identifying and assessing energy saving opportunities by benchmarking, measuring and documenting energy consumption

Implementing actions to capture identified energy-saving opportunities.

Publicly reporting the energy-saving opportunities identified and the actions taken to capture them.

Dispose of any Hazardous Waste Safely

Keep Insects under Control with Natural Means.

All ventilation and exhaust should be clear.

All toxic by-products must be kept in separate bins.

SAFETY GUIDELINES -April 01, 2018

TSN Infrastructure Limited Management is committed to implementing the company Safety Guidelines: -

Provide and educate the project team to consistently implement meet customer safety requirements at sites/office as per Safety Plan of the Principals.

Maintain appropriate resources to maintain safety levels to that desired by client

Ensure providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all personnel at the sites.

Inspect the equipment to ensure that it is in good working order.

Project Team must park in the employee parking lot or other designated area(s) determined Management. When required, temporary parking is allowed for unloading equipment and materials only.

If an Emergency Evacuation is announced, and/or an alarm is sounded, the following procedures must be followed: - Immediately shut down any equipment being used. - Walk (Do Not Ride Equipment) to closest exit. - Proceed outside of the building to the designated gathering area.

All team members are required to follow all other applicable Federal, State and Local Codes including: Safety, Environmental, Building, and Fire Regulations, as they apply to client scope of work

Use of cones or other warning devices to alert team members, vendors, and customers of principals’ presence in a work area is mandatory. All floor openings, excavations, changes in floor grade, etc. must be guarded with adequate covers or barricades, and must be adequately marked and identified.

Any incident involving personal injury, equipment damage, or property damage must be reported immediately to the senior Management.
